Last Updated: September 4, 2026
NGC BHD CO., LTD. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to supplying quality food products, including rice, cooking oils, sugar, and sweeteners. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered.
1. Product Quality
We take reasonable steps to ensure that products supplied by NGC BHD CO., LTD. meet the agreed specifications and quality requirements.
Customers are encouraged to inspect products promptly upon delivery and notify us of any issue as soon as possible.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If products arrive damaged, defective, contaminated, spoiled, or materially different from the agreed order specifications, please contact us promptly.
When reporting an issue, customers may be asked to provide:
Order or invoice details
Product name and quantity
Description of the issue
Photographs of the affected products or packaging
Relevant delivery or shipping information
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate solution.
3. Returns
Returns may only be accepted when approved by NGC BHD CO., LTD. in advance.
Because many of our products are food and consumable goods, returns may be restricted for health, safety, quality-control, and regulatory reasons. Products should not be returned without receiving instructions from us.
Where a return is approved, the product should remain unopened, properly stored, and in its original packaging unless the issue itself requires otherwise.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will depend on the nature and extent of the confirmed issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
A full or partial refund
Replacement of affected products
Credit toward a future order
Another mutually agreed resolution
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where practical and permitted.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
A return, replacement, or refund may not be available where:
Products were properly supplied according to the agreed specifications
The customer ordered an incorrect product or quantity
Products were improperly stored after delivery
Products were damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Products were altered, opened, or used after delivery, except where necessary to identify a quality issue
The issue was caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
The customer did not provide sufficient information to verify the claim
